Stoneybrook. Stoneybrook Villas Owners Association is a 471 unit condominium complex built on 12.81 acres of graded land overlooking Long Beach Marine Stadium, Alamitos Bay Marina and Long Beach Harbor to Catalina Island in the distance and the downtown City of Long Beach. The governing documents and many other documents in digital form have been placed on line in this area, together with some photos and Stoneybrook Villas project diagrams.  Stoneybrook Villas has been a condominium community since November 28, 1980.

Member login.  This page permits association members to login to the members area with their username and password
